We value your time and our customers'. The wait time at each pick-up point is a maximum of 15 minutes.
If you can't pick up your order in that time, you can do it on the next available delivery by coordinating with us.

All our products are handmade, customized, and fresh. Therefore, we don't accept returns or exchanges once the order has been made or delivered.
