Texas Cottage Food Law

All our products are made and sold operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law. This allows us to prepare low-risk foods in our home kitchen in Dallas, TX and sell them directly to our customers.

Ingredients and Allergens

Please note that our kitchen processes ingredients that can be known allergens, including (but not limited to): wheat, dairy, eggs, and various nuts (pecans, almonds, etc.). If you have a severe cross-allergy, we recommend caution. All our packaging includes the labels required by law detailing the ingredients.

Sales Terms

Deliveries are limited to the state of Texas and must be hand-to-hand (Pick-up or local Delivery). Per current legislation, we don't ship by mail across state lines.
