Story
It all started with a sourdough loaf and the desire to share the true flavor of artisanal bread.
It all started in my kitchen, with a bubbly jar called Güerita. What began as an attempt to make healthier desserts and bread for my family — no sugar, no refined flours — turned into Paséle Güerita, our small artisanal bakery.
We believe cravings should be delicious and conscious: less sugar, natural fermentation, and real benefits for your body. Every cookie and every loaf is made with care, with high-quality ingredients and lots of love, no artificial colors or flavors.
Our sourdough, our Güerita, goes through a slow fermentation that not only intensifies the flavor but also makes our bread and cookies easier to digest. Every batch is small, fresh, and full of love — just like we'd bake for our own family.
